OKBet2 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Member" or "User") and okbet2 ("we," "us," "the Platform"). OKBet2 reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawal requests pending review.

Registering for okbet2 is free. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number.

One Account Rule

Each individual is permitted one okbet2 account only. Attempting to register additional accounts — whether under the same or a different name, email, or payment method — is a serious violation of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended and any balances within them may be forfeited, with the exception of verified deposits which will be returned to the original payment method after review.

Account Security

Deposits

• Deposits must come from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted.
• OKBet2 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• In the event a payment is reversed or charged back by your financial institution, the relevant amount plus any associated fees may be deducted from your okbet2 balance.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification status. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. All withdrawals are subject to account verification being complete. Withdrawal requests submitted before 3:00 PM PHT on a business day are typically processed the same day; requests after that time are processed the following business day.

• OKBet2 may request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, as required by anti-money laundering regulations.
• Winnings from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements being satisfied before they can be withdrawn.
• OKBet2 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or Terms violations.

All bets placed on okbet2 are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify your bet details — the event, selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation unless okbet2 determines there has been a manifest error in the odds offered.

Bet Acceptance

OKBet2 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets that exceed posted limits, bets on suspended markets, or bets where the odds were posted in error. Where a bet is not accepted, the staked amount will be returned to your okbet2 wallet immediately.

Manifest Errors

If a bet is accepted at clearly incorrect odds — for example, due to a technical error or a data feed issue — okbet2 reserves the right to void that bet and refund the stake. "Clearly incorrect" means odds that deviate significantly from what any reasonable market would offer at the time.

Event Cancellations and Postponements

If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned and does not resume within 24 hours of the originally scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless explicitly stated otherwise in event-specific rules on the okbet2 platform.

Live Betting

Live in-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Internet latency or connectivity issues are your responsibility — okbet2 is not liable for bets that were not confirmed due to connection problems on your end. Live odds change rapidly; always verify the final odds before confirming a live bet.

OKBet2 offers various promotional bonuses to members, including welcome bonuses for new registrations, deposit match promotions, and seasonal campaigns. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements (also called rollover or turnover requirements), maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry dates.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to your okbet2 wallet as bonus funds, clearly labelled separately from your real money balance.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is detailed in that promotion's terms.
• During bonus wagering, a maximum single bet limit applies — placing bets above this limit may result in the bonus and derived winnings being voided.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible member, per promotion, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• OKBet2 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be able to complete their active wagering requirements under the original terms.

The okbet2 Refer a Friend programme allows existing members to earn cash rewards when they successfully introduce new members to the platform. The following rules apply:

• Referrals must be genuinely new individuals who have not previously held an okbet2 account in any form.
• A referral is considered successful when the referred person registers using your unique referral link, completes account verification, and makes their first qualifying real-money deposit of at least ₱100.
• Self-referral — creating a new account for yourself and referring it — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of the referring account and forfeiture of all balances.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on okbet2. Violation of any of these rules may result in account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different identity
• Using another person's identity or payment method without their consent
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use automated betting systems not approved by okbet2
• Participating in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or coordinated arbitrage betting intended to guarantee profits at the expense of the platform
• Money laundering or using okbet2 to process funds derived from illegal activity
• Sharing, selling, or otherwise transferring your okbet2 account to any other person
• Abusing the Refer a Friend programme through self-referral or coordinated account creation
• Accessing okbet2 from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law
• Using VPN, proxy, or other tools to circumvent geographical or account restrictions

OKBet2 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players from the harms associated with problem gambling. The following tools are available to all okbet2 members and can be activated directly from your account settings:
